・The charging period is until the day before the usage end date.
Example: If your usage ends on March 21st: Select a charging date by March 20th *Don't worry, even if you charge before the end date, a new charging period will start from the end of your current usage period. please.
・The charge will be made at 1:00 pm on the selected date.
・Charging can only be done while you are in Korea. Please be sure to complete the procedures before leaving the country.

- Bank transfer (Korean account in Won)
- Receive cash (receive won at Seoul office)
- Bank transfer (Japanese yen account)

Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges
After placing an order on this site, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to the customer's convenience.
However, if you contact Seoul Mobile Navi's official line by 6:00 pm the day before your chosen charging date, we will process the cancellation. Please note that even if you are able to cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged.
